Our facilities provide flexibility to produce metallurgically sound forgings on-time for specific customer needs. Our strength lies in our being able to manufacture a wide range of forgings and provide versatility in terms of component size, shape, and material specification.

    An exclusive bay of Friction Drop Hammers of different capacities and a 630 M.T. Friction Screw Press with individual billet heating furnaces and trimming presses constitute the forge shop.

  • Heat Treatment

    A state of the art Continuous Pusher Type furnace, a battery of Oil Fired furnaces and an Electrical Furnace constitute the Heat treatment shop. With adequate mechanical handling facilities and temperature control systems, the Heat Treatment shop undertakes normalising, annealing, hardening and tempering processes.

  • TOOL ROOM

    We are equipped with a full -fledged Tool Room to manufacture Dies and Tools. Advanced equipment such as the Electrical Copy Die Sinking and Spark Erosion machines (EDM) are used. The computer aided die design (CAD) is yet another demonstration of our commitment to produce the most reliable quality product at the most cost-effective price.

  • QUALITY CONTROL

    Our lab is fully equipped for confirming the chemical and physical properties of both the incoming raw material and the finished forgings. Facilities for non-destructive test procedures like Magno Flux and Ultrasonic testing give us the cutting edge.

     Standard inspection equipments for dimensional check, well equipped chemical laboratory for wet analysis of elements including spectroscope for semi quantitative estimate are part of the QC lab.
